You will receive an email invitation from Xemplo once your onboarding has commenced.
To Activate Your Account
- Open the Xemplo invitation email.
- Click the activation link.
- Create your password.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Activate Account.
Once your account has been activated, you will be prompted to configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To protect your personal information, Xemplo uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
MFA Setup
Download an authenticator application on your mobile device. (Examples Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator)
- Open the authenticator application.
- Scan the QR code displayed in Xemplo.
- Enter the verification code generated by the app.
- Select Verify.
Your MFA setup is now complete.
Logging In After MFA Setup
Each time you log in:
- Enter your email address and password.
- Open your authenticator application.
- Enter the current verification code.
- Access your account.
Important
Verification codes refresh regularly and must be entered before they expire.
